Work With Me: How It Works
You can work with me in a way that fits what you need most right now—nutrition coaching, fitness coaching, or a combined approach.
Step 1: Start with your assessment
You’ll begin with a simple assessment so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, and movement.
This helps me see the full picture and recommend the best starting point for you.
Then we schedule a one-hour call where i learn eveyrhting about what you've tried, how you're feeling and your goals.
Step 2: Choose your coaching focus
Based on your needs, we’ll focus on one of the following:
Nutrition Coaching
You’ll receive a customized macro plan, food guidance, recipes, and support to improve energy, digestion, and consistency—without extremes.
Fitness Coaching
You’ll receive a personalized strength and conditioning program designed for your body, energy level, and where you train (home, gym, or hybrid). Programs emphasize strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health.
Combined Coaching
For women who want full support, nutrition and fitness are integrated into one clear, coordinated plan.
Step 3: Get your personalized plan
Your plan may include:

Step 4: Ongoing support
You’ll have a weekly coaching call to review progress and make adjustments.
You can also text me during the week if you need help, clarity, or encouragement.

Each week we refine your plan so it continues to support strength, energy, and long-term health.

This option is for you if you want help with what to eat, how much to eat, and how to feel better day to day.
