Strength and nutrition coaching for mid-life & beyond
Your body feels unfamiliar.
The energy you used to have is gone.
Sleep is restless, weight gain feels sudden, and nothing seems to work the way it once did.
What are you supposed to do?
Nothing that you did when you were in your 20s and 30s works anymore, and you're probably very frustrated.

I hear you. I've BEEN THERE.
Because not only am I a fitness and nutrition coach, I'm also a 50 year old woman.

Why This Is Happening Now
Midlife brings real hormonal and physiological shifts that affect how you recover, how you store fat, how you sleep, and how your nervous system handles stress. Most fitness and nutrition advice ignores this—leaving women confused, exhausted, and blaming themselves.
If you're not sure how to train, what to eat, how to navigate all of the conflicting information out there about wellness as this time in your life - you're not alone!
Most fitness professionals are NOT trained to handle women dealing with the issues that accompany perimenopause and menopause. Many diets and programs simply won't work at this stage of life, EVEN IF they worked for you before!

That's because
You’re Not Lost. You’ve Been Without a Guide.
You weren’t given a guide for this season of life.
You’ve been left to piece things together—trying workouts that feel wrong, nutrition advice that’s confusing, and routines that don’t fit how you actually feel day to day.
It’s not that you haven’t tried.
It’s that no one showed you how to adapt.
Most doctors are trained to diagnose and treat disease—not to coach day-to-day lifestyle change.

They’re working within limited time, focused on labs, symptoms, and medications. There often isn’t space to walk you through how to train when you’re exhausted, how to adjust nutrition for energy and sleep, or how to build habits that actually fit your life.
So you leave appointments knowing something is off—but without a clear plan for what to do next.
About Me
I’ve spent over 25 years coaching and training bodies—across strength sports, competitive athletics, and real-life movement. My background includes years as a CrossFit coach, competitive knockdown fighting with an undefeated record, and hands-on experience in a wide range of sports and training environments.
Over time, my focus shifted from performance alone to longevity, energy, and sustainable strength—especially for women navigating midlife. I’m trained in evidence-based nutrition coaching and specialize in working with women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them adapt their training and nutrition to support changing physiology rather than fight it.
My approach is grounded, practical, and built for the long term. I don’t chase extremes or quick fixes—I help women build strength, confidence, and habits that support them for decades to come.
