Fitness Coaching for Midlife

In midlife, fitness stops being about pushing harder or chasing aesthetic goals—and starts being about building a body that moves well, stays strong, and supports you for the long run. Strength training, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness all matter, but they need to be approached differently than they did in your 20s or 30s.

Rather than training for six-pack abs, the focus shifts to preserving muscle, protecting joints, improving balance, and supporting cardiovascular health—including work that maintains and improves VOâ‚‚ max. These elements are essential for energy, resilience, and independence as you age, yet they’re often overlooked in traditional fitness programs designed for younger bodies.

I create custom training plans that meet you where you are and adapt as your body changes. Your program is designed to fit how and where you actually exercise—whether that’s in a gym, at home, or a combination of both. The goal isn’t to force you into a system, but to give you a clear, supportive plan you can follow with confidence, wherever you train.
