About me

Long before I carried a camera, I carried a sketchbook and scribbled poems in journals stashed under my socks in my drawer.

As a child, I spent hours outside exploring the woods, climbing rocks, catching frogs, drawing what I found, and filling notebooks with stories and poems. I've always been endlessly curious, completely captivated by the beauty of the natural world, and happiest when I'm wandering.

Today, not much has changed.

Sure, I had a career at IBM, started my photography business, and raised two beautiful human beings.
 

I've spent more than 20 years behind a camera, but I've been a professional noticer for as long as I can remember. Whether I'm photographing a family, writing a poem, or discovering a hidden trail, I'm always searching for the moments that make me stop in my tracks and leave me breathless.
